"Better the Devil you know"

Films: Mister Frost (1990)

Alias: Satan

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: This wouldn't be the first time that Jeff Goldblum has pulled off a freaky horror villain role. And while it isn't nearly as ick-inducing as last time, it's a bit more intimidating.

History: Mister Frost was committed after he cheerfully admitted to the twenty-four bodies buried in his yard. For two years, he never said a word. But now, he's trying to goad a doctor into killing him, for he is, in truth, Satan. And he's looking to be free from this mortal body.

Notable Kills: Whatever he did to get that many corpses and bury them in the yard.

Final Fate: After messing with reality for a while, Frost convinces the doctor to kill him, and congratulates her for believing before being fatally shot. It is heavily implied that he possessed her...and then aroused suspicion in the man who has been after him for the longest time. Oops.

Powers/Abilities: Possession, reality warping.

Weakness: Must die to possess a body.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Aside from being Satan himself, Frost's fright is amplified by Goldblum’s mixture of affable snark and genuine threat. Just don't let anyone tell him that he at times looks like Tommy Wiseau.

Trivia: -This film was also known as "The Deadly Mister Frost".

-Frost's name possibly comes from Lake Cocytus, the frozen lake where Satan lies imprisoned waist-up in Dante's Divine Comedy.

When the zombie apocalypse comes, those 24 corpses will know exactly who to eat first.
This poster feels more drama material than horror.
A case of red eye...or a case of red flags?
